Normal hours of operation are Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

The Clerk is the Secretary to the Municipal Corporation and the Governing Body. The office maintains custody of the municipal seal, minutes, resolutions, ordinances and other archival records. The Clerk must keep the members of the Governing Body aware of Rules of Order for conducting borough meetings and also keep the official record of the proceedings of each meeting. As Chief Administrative Officer of elections, the Clerk oversees all materials, polling places, poll workers and election results. The Clerk serves as the chief registrar of voters in the borough subject to the requirements of Title 19 of the Revised Statutes. The Clerk is also the Registrar of Vital Records, all marriages, deaths and births that occur in the Borough are recorded in the Office of the Registrar. Marriage License applications are available from the Clerk/Registrar during normal business hours.
