**PLEASE TAKE NOTICE** that the Borough of West Wildwood is requesting qualifications and proposals from individuals and/or firms for **Borough Engineer and Surveying Services**[cite: 4]. Mandatory Compliance Requirements

Evaluation and Award
Upon receipt, proposals will be transmitted to a **Proposal Review Committee** consisting of the Borough Administrator, a Borough Commissioner, and the Borough Solicitor[cite: 21].
Proposals will be evaluated based on the **most advantageous** factors, including price[cite: 22]. The evaluation will specifically consider the following factors:
