A petition signed by 45 registered voters was presented on July 24, 2014 demanding the repeal of this Ordinance No. 534 (2014) in it’s entirety or for the submission to the voters by way of referendum.

Repave various streets not limited to the 500 block of Magnolia Ave. est. max. cost $150,000
Reconstruction of 500 block of Poplar Ave., est. max. cost., $231,000 with $173,000 reimbursed by the State of N.J.
Reconstruction of manholes and roadways on various streets, est. max cost, $85,000
Acquisition of an emergency generator for Borough Buildings est. max. cost $50,000
Acquisition of Police in-car/body camera and video system,est. max. cost $37,500.
